I'm a Registered Massage Therapist working in the Upper Beaches of Toronto. I use a variety of modalities and styles to create a curated treatment unique to the individual, but mostly I help my clients heal and develop the relationship with their body through deep presence and education. I am passionate about translating the archetypal, symbolic mystery language of the body into accessible wisdom to the individual client, allowing them to feel seen in a way that promotes healing and deep restoration. My goal is to help my clients discover their body's innate intelligence and potential to facilitate a healthy integration of the body, mind and spirit.
I run my own business; I am my own cleaning lady, receptionist, networker, social media marketer, content creator etc. I like to say my style is spa meets healthcare. You can address your body + soul needs while experiencing a deeply nourishing and luxurious session that can include hot towels, a crystal face mask, aromatherapy and a heated table. Needless to say, I take your comfort and healing seriously!
I am a LOW-VOLUME bodyworker- meaning I only work with a small number of clients, seeing from 8-12 clients split between 3-4 days of work per week. I do this because the nature of what I offer takes deep presence, time, and integration for both myself and the client. I work slowly and intentionally, just the way I like it. I not only treat the body but the soul as well. As a sensitive, empathetic and feminine human, I prioritize my self-care and rest so I can do what I do. It's taken me dear time to find my groove amidst the "hustle culture" of the city that is just not me! I am thrilled to say that one can be happy AND successful at what they do without working 30+ hours a week.
What do I get up to on my spare time? These days I love strength training at the local gym and going to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes right around the corner from me @torontojiujitsuclub. I have an amazing kitchen that allows me to cook all the delicious wholesome meals I desire. I love walking on the beach boardwalk and eating at local restaurants. I am very community-oriented so I love to spend time with my family, friends, host regular women's circles, and collaborate with like-minded professionals. As my Christian faith grows and grounds my healing practice, I’ve also been regularly attending Sunday Church, bible study and community groups.
A value of mine is to embody the lifestyle I promote to my clients. Taking care of myself directly reflects my ability to take care of others.
